Munch is a 14 month old Bulldog girl, she is spayed, fully vaccinated (incl Kennel cough), microchipped, flea and worm treated. She will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
Munch has a large scar on the back of her head where she needed ingrowing hair folicules removed when she was just 7 months old as they were causing a lump to form but this causes no ongoing issues for her. She did arrive with typical "bulldog" ear infections but swopping her onto a better diet of grain free kibble and raw (which she loves) along with regular ear cleaning and some antibiotic drops have sorted this out for her but as with all bulldogs ear and skin cleaning will need to be kept on top of.
Munch is a BIG girl weighing in at nearly 27kg, she is not only big in stature but also in personality...she is absolutely bonkers but very loving with it.
Munch absolutely loves other dogs, she just wants to play and play and play, the only trouble is she doesnt have a clue about dog language and even when getting told off by another dog becaue she is being OTT she still thinks they want to play with her bless her. So she is looking for a home with another young VERY playful, boisterous large neutered male dog who will take a rough and tumble without being reactive, she is wayyyy too much for smaller dogs than herself and even the great danes in her foster home have enough of her at times. We dont feel placing her with another bitch is best for her long term and we are ideally looking for a bulldog experienced home.
Munch is a good girl in the home, she hasnt been destructive, is house trained (apart from the odd accident at first), is happy to be left for a few hours with no seperation issues and will entertain herself with her toys or stuffed Kong.
Munch knows a few very basic commands but would much rather be running around playing than listening at the moment so will benefit from some further training and lead work as she is strong on the lead. Her recall however is gre |
